What it is
A grower champagne — the family owns the vines and makes the wine, which is rarer than the big names would have you think. Three years on lees, disgorged without dosage.
Severely dry. If you like champagne soft and toasty this is not the bottle; if you like it like an oyster, it is.

Before dinner, or with fish and chips. Both work.
