What it is
Drawn from a solera started in the 1970s, so there is a little of every year in the glass. Oxidative ageing gives the colour and the nuttiness; there is no sweetness in it at all.
Keeps for weeks once open, which is more than can be said for most of the shop.
Drink it with
Almonds, jamón, or a cold afternoon.
