What it is
White grapes treated like red ones: crushed, left on their skins through the winter, then rested in buried amphorae. Cloudy on purpose, unfiltered, and a proper orange colour.
We will happily open one at a Thursday tasting rather than have you buy it blind.
Drink it with
Anything with spice or fat. Roast pork, curry, aged gouda.
